A company hired Koza Technology lead SQL Server consultant and expert  to resolve SQL Server performance issues and outages. The system was running on SQL Server 2005 and Windows 2003.

First, we prepared a detailed report outlining the problems and identifying solutions, and then we went to work in 3 phases over a 9-month period, including upgrading to SQL Server 2014, implementing high availability groups, instance consolidations and undertaking many other performance optimization items.
