Outcome
During a 5-week assignment, Koza`s SQL Server expert identified many issues with the transactional applications and reported them in detail to C-level management. The client started a yearlong project to modernize and enhance the system. Koza database expert helped development team to improve the performance of the system, by upgrading the SQL servers, and by implementing a SQL change management including mentoring, code reviews and a technical approval process by Koza architect.
